We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you would like to return an item, you have 21 calendar days from the day on which you receive the goods to notify us by phone or email (at email@example.com) if would like a refund, or to exchange the item. You then have a further 21 calendar days from the day you notified us to return the item, to Wild Child Outdoor, 25 Upper Bourne Lane, Farnham, GU10 4RG.
All we ask is that you return the item in a saleable, unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact. Package up the item indicating whether you would like a refund, or an exchange. Post it back to us, making sure you get proof of postage, as you will remain responsible for the returned item until it reaches us. Please note we cannot refund the cost of returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please note, if you have purchased a first aid kit, then all items within the kit must be returned sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons, otherwise we will be unable to offer a refund.

We will refund you the full amount paid for the item, plus the cost of standard delivery (if you paid it), although will not refund the delivery charge if you are only cancelling part of your order.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected, and we will therefore reduce the amount of money refunded (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).

Package up the item, indicating that the item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Post it back to us, making sure you get proof of postage, as you will remain responsible for the item until it reaches us. When items are returned due to being damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will happily refund the postage costs, provided you return it to us by the most economical method, and that proof of cost is provided, ie a postal receipt.
